I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor offering short and long term therapy for a variety of psychological and emotional problems. Being “integrative” quite simply means I am trained and qualified in various different forms of counselling and psychotherapy and do not rely on a rigid one size fits all approach to therapy. In my experience what works with one client for a particular issue may not work with another,so being able to draw on my varied training and qualifications I am able to tailor each treatment to the specific client and their own particular issue.
